Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
  • Shipping Method: We use USPS.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
3. International Shipping
  • Shipping Method: We ship via USPS International.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 7-21 business days, depending on customs processing.
  • Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim or arrange a replacement.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us 7 days after the expected delivery window so we can trace the shipment.
5. Incorrect Addresses
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
